Contact us if you have issues with payments
As a tenant of Soihtu, your rent payment due date is always the 6th of the month. If you have problems with payments or want to ask for more information, contact our rent accounting. In case of temporary payment issues, it is advisable to negotiate, for example, a payment plan.
For prolonged rent payment difficulties, you can also contact Tenant Advisor (Housing Coordinator).

Terminating the tenancy agreement
Time to move out? You can terminate your lease agreement through the online portal by identifying yourself. Also, check out our moving-out instructions before you move.
Would you like to change the apartment?
You can apply for an apartment change by filling out the apartment application. The application and offering process proceed the same as for other applicants, but when switching from one Soihtu apartment to another, you do not need to consider the normal notice period.
