Responsibilities of taking care of the apartment
Repairs and the work of Soihtu Facility Services both indoors and outdoors are Soihtu’s responsibility when they follow the usual wear and tear of the apartment. If the tenant or an outsider causes the need for the repairs or maintenance, the tenant has to pay for it. Our pricelist includes the expenses of the most common repairs charged from tenants. The assumption is that if you make changes to your apartment, you need to restore it when moving out. The easiest way to contact Soihtu Facility Services, is to fill in a maintenance request.
When you want to order an installation of a dishwasher, please contact the real estate manager well in advance before needed installation, so that the installation can be arranged with the plumber (at least 3-5 working days in advance).
Contact the Real Estate Manager if you want to remove any fixed furniture. Kindly notice, that it is not allowed to use DC-FIX or similar sticky-backed plastic or mirrors in the apartment.
All leakages must immediately be reported to Soihtu Facility Services by phone.

When you move out, return the keys as instructed – this ensures the next tenant can move in on time
We instruct the tenant to return the keys on time to ensure the new tenant's move goes as smoothly as possible. The compensation price list now includes charges for incorrect and late key returns.

August apartments offered
All apartments available at the beginning of August have now been offered, and most have already had tenancy agreements signed. Individual apartments or shared rooms may still become available at the beginning of August if someone declines their apartment offer.
