Key box request

Use the form below if you wish to make a request for the key box of Soihtu Housing. The main key box is in the lobby of Ilokivi (Keskussairaalantie 2), in front of the Soihtu Housing service point. The secondary key box is in Rentukka building (Taitoniekantie 9). The location is in the same message with the PIN code.

As a new tenant, you can collect the key to your apartment on the first day of your tenancy agreement, from 12.00 (noon) onwards. Movers’ keys will automatically be put to the key box by 16.00 on the first day of the tenancy agreement.

The key box request must be filled out by 12.00 noon on the day before the collection date. However, please note that we do not process key key box requests on weekends and public holidays. It is important that the information on this request matches the information you have given in the application.

You will receive the code on the day you have wished for the pick up. If the date falls on a weekend or a holiday, you will receive the code latest on the previous working day. We will contact you within a few days of taking the request, if the date you’re wishing for is not available for the key pick up.
