Disturbance Report
If your neighbour’s disturbing life is recurring despite a kind remark, you can fill in the disturbance report below.
The disturbance report must include the apartment number and the disturbance itself should be described as precisely as possible; nature of the disturbance, date and time, how often it recurs, if the police, a guard or the facility services have been called out etc.
The disturbance reports are always processed case-specifically, and the lessor acts according to the Act on Residential Leases in the Finnish law. The lessor can send a note of complaint or a warning for the disturbance only if the maintenance company has verified the case or if we have received a disturbance notice from more than one neighbour. The person who has caused the disturbance has a right to a rejoinder so that both parties can express their view.
A disturbance notice cannot be made anonymously but it must include contacts of the person who has made the report. Please consider that complaints sent anonymously are not processed. We especially take notice to the protection of a customer’s privacy and personal data, and we follow a good manner of data processing.
