Kortepohja’s own Christmas calendar
This year we are not able to celebrate the Christmas all together, but it doesn’t mean that the Christmas would be cancelled. We made Kortepohja’s own Christmas calendar, so each one of you could get some Christmas spirit during December!
Some of the Christmas calendar windows are made by tenants of the Student Village – you can find Christmas windows all around the Village during December. Some of them are tasks, that you can do at home to get into Christmas mood.
DIY projects we will guide you on the specific dates on @rentukkatalo Instagram and on 9th and 15th of December you can eat delicious Christmas food in Rentukka restaurant!
On Christmas eve all tenants can join morning sauna in B-building’s Bastu – we will inform more about the sauna in December’s Tenant Info. Find more information and details in the Christmas calendar below.

Happy news for the Kortepohja district: Subway signs a lease in the new U-building of Soihtu
Soihtu has signed a lease with Subcom Oy on the retail space located on the ground floor of the U-building, which is currently under construction. Subcom is Finland's largest Subway franchise company. A Subway restaurant will opened by Subcom in the U-building when the new building is completed in spring 2025.
