Tenant’s page
At Tenant’s page you can, for example, check your payments and update your contact information. Registering to Tenant’s page requires strong identification with which your identity and the privacy of your personal data in confirmed.
When using the page for the first time, klick the Register as new user link. After the identification with online banking credentials the system will direct you to create yourself a password.
Please note that if you have originally applied for your apartment without a Finnish ID number, you will have to inform us your Finnish ID number to use our online services without a visit to our office.
If you don’t have a Finnish ID number and/or banking credentials, you can become a user of Tenant’s page by visiting our customer service. Take a valid, picture ID with you (a passport, ID card) and visit our customer service within the opening hours. Our staff will identify you and confirm your email address. After this you can access Tenant’s page by clicking Register as a new user and after that Office identification.
When you have registered as a user, you can login with your email and password.
Using the Forgot your password? link you can order a new password if you forget yours.

We instruct the tenant to return the keys on time to ensure the new tenant's move goes as smoothly as possible. The compensation price list now includes charges for incorrect and late key returns.
August apartments offered
All apartments available at the beginning of August have now been offered, and most have already had tenancy agreements signed. Individual apartments or shared rooms may still become available at the beginning of August if someone declines their apartment offer.
