The key cards for buildings O and P are expiring on 15th of October
Tenants can pick up their new key cards at the Soihtu Housing service point during the opening hours (Mon & Wed 10-15, Fri 8-12). Remember to bring your ID with you. You can also authorize someone else to pick up the keys for you.
If you forget to pick up the new card and you have to ask the maintenance service to open the door for you, you will be charged for the service. Old key card should be returned when picking up the new card.

Easier Service – New Opening Hours
The Soihtu Housing Service Point now operates at the Ilokivi Student Union Building on campus together with JYY Member Services. During the autumn, the opening hours of the service point will be unified to make customer service even clearer and smoother.
