Soihtu Housing service point is closed from May 12th to May 30th, 2025
Office of Soihtu will be moving to Ilokivi during May, which is why the Soihtu Housing service point (Vehkakuja 2 B) will be closed from May 12th to May 30th, 2025.
During the move, you can reach our service advisors by phone and email. All our electronic services, such as the Tenant’s Page and Online Booking System, will be available to tenants as usual. You can see the available appointment times in our appointment calendar.
Due to the move, the key machine will also be out of service from May 19th to May 20th, 2025. Facility Services can be reached normally during the move via the maintenance request form and for urgent matters (e.g., door opening requests) by phone.
Our new service point at Ilokivi, located at Keskussairaalantie 2, will be open from June 2nd, 2025 onwards.
Instructions for tenants moving in May-June:
- Tenants moving out of their apartments in May 2025 should return their keys to the key return box at Vehkakuja 2 B.
- From June 2025, key returns will be made to the new service point (Keskussairaalantie 2).
- Tenants whose contracts start on June 1st, 2025 or later can pick up their keys from the key machine located at Ilokivi or Rentukka. You will receive information about the exact location in the arrival notification sent by text message and email, when the keys are available.
