Now it’s the best time to change the apartment
Typically, spring is the time when many student apartments become available. Now is a good time to change your residence if you have been dreaming of a different type of apartment. Currently, we have several immediately available apartments for various needs – from shared rooms to spacious two-room apartments. You can explore the immediately available apartments in our housing presentation.
Starting from June, new student applications will congest housing services, and starting in July-August, available apartments will be offered primarily to new students.
Soihtu apartment rent includes electricity, internet, and in some properties, also water. The rent also includes the use of several common rooms, laundry rooms, and general sauna shifts. Please also note the changes in student housing support by Kela. Our state-supported student apartments are priced so that there is money left for other living expenses.
