Problems in Soihtu Housing’s e-mail traffic – check your spam folder!

According to information received by Soihtu Housing, some of the e-mails sent to residents and apartment offers sent to apartment applicants have not reached the recipient as usual, but have been redirected to the recipient’s spam box. The fails are caused by changes in the mailing channel of the software provider used by Soihtu.

As far as we are aware, the disturbance has already started in November and is still ongoing. Soihtu works in close cooperation with the system supplier so that the problem can be solved as soon as possible.

What can I do?

If you are expecting an email, for example an apartment offer from Soihtu, check your spam folder.

Checking the spam folder at regular intervals is proper, because as email service providers’ spam guidelines become stricter, messages from senders whose messages have already been marked as trustworthy may get stuck in the filter on another time.
