A new Tenants’ Committee for Soihtu Vehkakuja has been formed
In May, Soihtu Vehkakuja’s Tenants’ Committee convened a tenants’ meeting, which was held in Lillukka on Monday, May 16, 2022. A total of five tenants of Soihtu Vehkakuja, as well as Kimmo Moilanen, Soihtu’s chief real estate officer, and Jenna Pigg, Soihtu’s community manager, were present at the meeting.
At Monday’s meeting, a new Tenants’ committee was formed, which immediately took an active part in improving the comfort of the yard areas and the club room in Soihtu Vehkakuja. The plans include at least the tenants’ common working bee and various purchases from Mölkky to badminton net.
Tenants of Soihtu Vehkakuja can join the Tenants’ Committee in the middle of the season by attending the Tenants’ Committee’s meetings, which are announced on the notice boards of the residential buildings. After the signing, the minutes of the meeting will be available on the Tenant’s Page where each tenant Soihtu Vehkakuja can get familiar with the matters discussed during the meetings. The inaugural meeting of the new Tenants’ Committee will be held in meeting room Bertta on June 1, 2022 at 5:00 pm (address: Taitoniekantie 9).
Soihtu congratulates the new Tenants’ Committee!
