Termination of the tenancy agreement

Termination of the tenancy agreement should primarily be done through the separate resident portal (link below). Use this form only if you are unable to log in to the resident portal.

Please note that a fixed-term tenancy agreement cannot be terminated. An open-ended tenancy agreement can be terminated at the earliest by the end of the following month.

With this form, you can terminate your tenancy agreement if you cannot log in to the resident portal. Please note that if there are other individuals on the same tenancy agreement (e.g., a spouse), each party to the agreement must submit a termination notice.

Always the last of the month. When terminating your open ended tenancy agreement the notice period is one (1) full calendar month and the ending date is the last day of the next month. The ending date of a fixed-term tenancy agreement can’t be changed but by filling out this form you can give Soihtu a notice that your lease is ending. When changing the apartment from one Soihtu apartment to another Soihtu apartment, the full calendar month notice period doesn’t apply you.
