Online reservation system

In the housing locations of Soihtu you can find different spaces that you can reserve for studying and meeting purposes as well as for free time activities. Most of the common rooms are included in the tenants’ rent and a part can be reserved with an extra fee.

Laundry rooms, private sauna turns and a part of common rooms in Rentukka can be reserved via online booking system (link below). Using the booking system, you can check the situation of a laundry room or apply for a parking place. When your rent agreement begings, you will automatically receive user credentials for the reservation system to the email address that you have given on your apartment application.

Common sauna turns for tenants are free of charge and offered in all of our housing locations. If you want to take a sauna by yourself, you can reserve your own weekly sauna turn with extra payment.

Parking in all our housing locations is permitted only on the marked car parks. You can reserve your own parking place via eParking system (May 2022 onwards).
