Ilokivi Student Union Building – Rental event venues at Seminaarinmäki
Ilokivi Venue
Ilokivi’s legendary Venue will be available as a rental event space for both large and small gatherings starting from the 2026 season.
Location: Seminaarinmäki, Keskussairaalantie 2
Capacity: up to 365 people

Opinkivi Sauna and Meeting Room
The large windows of Opinkivi’s meeting room open to nature, making you forget you’re in the heart of lively Jyväskylä. The double sauna crowns your evening.
Location: Seminaarinmäki, next to Ilokivi
Capacity: up to 50 people
Features: Two saunas, meeting room, kitchen, terrace, Jacuzzi

Bastu Sauna
Located near the central square of Kortepohja Student Village, Bastu sauna is the perfect highlight for an evening on its own or combined with a booking of the Bertta meeting room.

Capacity: 12–15 people

Bertta Meeting Room
Situated near the central square of Kortepohja Student Village, Bertta meeting room offers a cozy setting for meetings or small celebrations. Add an extra experience for your guests by combining your booking with Bastu sauna!

Lillukka Meeting Space
Perfect for various gatherings, party and meeting venue Lillukka is located in the heart of Kortepohja Student Village inside Rentukka House and serves the needs of the entire community.
Location: Taitoniekantie 9, below Rentukka building, separate entrance
Capacity: up to 48 people
Features: kitchen, piano, projection screen
Suitable for: small and medium-sized parties, meetings, student events, game nights, other gatherings

Early Access on the First Day of Your Reservation
Give yourself extra time to set up decorations, arrange seating, or prepare the venue before your event begins. Our highly requested additional access hours can now be booked easily through the online store alongside your reservation.
Depending on your selection, your access code will be activated from 2:00 PM or 3:00 PM and will remain valid until the end of your reservation period.

Venue presentation
Explore the possibilities of Ilokivi Venue in advance together with a venue coordinator. A venue presentation helps you plan your event smoothly and ensures that the space meets your needs.
There’s nothing you need to worry about. The venue coordinator will contact you directly, and you can arrange a suitable meeting time together.

Cleaning Package
Leave the final cleaning to professionals. This allows you to focus on your event and enjoy a successful conclusion without the stress of cleaning responsibilities or a tight schedule.
This much-requested final cleaning service makes event day easier for both professional event organizers and those arranging large family celebrations.

135 € + venue rental fees fot the reserved dates
The Sujuva Standard Package is ideal if you are already familiar with the venue and are happy to take care of the cleaning yourself after the event.
Includes:
- Consecutive multi-day bookings under a single access code
- Invoicing based on the billing details you provide
- Early access on the first day of your booking (from 2:00 PM)
Our Venue Coordinator will create the reservation based on the information you provide. When contacting us, please include all booking details, including the billing address for the invoice.

Huoleton Pro-palvelupaketti
475 € + venue rental fees fot the reserved dates
Huoleton Pro -package is ideal, if you prefer to leave the cleaning to the professionals, so you can focus on your event with complete peace of mind.
Includes:
- Consecutive multi-day bookings under a single access code
- Invoicing based on the billing details you provide
- Early access on the first day of your booking (from 2:00 PM)
- Restroom maintenance cleaning during the event and final cleaning of the entire venue
- Venue introduction and technical briefing (1 hour)
