Minor applicant
When a minor applies for an apartment from Soihtu, they must select Minor’s application from the application types. The application asks also for the guardian’s information.
If the applicant is a minor, the consent of the guardians is required for the creation of a valid tenancy agreement. The consent must be submitted to Soihtu Housing service point before the minor signs the tenancy agreement. Consent can already be submitted during the application phase.

Office of Soihtu Moves to Ilokivi Student Union Building
