Ilokivi Venue became available for public bookings as a rental venue in February 2026. Based on our experience, we want to further improve the venue’s functionality for student events and other occasions. We are now introducing a range of optional paid services that allow you to tailor your booking to your specific needs.
Our most popular services are available in our online store as add-ons that can be purchased conveniently when making your reservation. Simply select an earlier access time, a final cleaning service, or a venue presentation meeting.

Additional Services Available When Booking
Early Access on the First Day of Your Reservation
Give yourself extra time to set up decorations, arrange seating, or prepare the venue before your event begins. Our highly requested additional access hours can now be booked easily through the online store alongside your reservation.
Depending on your selection, your access code will be activated from 2:00 PM or 3:00 PM and will remain valid until the end of your reservation period.
Venue Introduction meeting
Explore the possibilities of Ilokivi Venue in advance together with our venue coordinator. The meeting helps you plan your event smoothly and ensures that the space meets your needs.
There’s nothing you need to worry about. The venue coordinator will contact you directly, and you can arrange a suitable meeting time together.
Clean & Tidy Package
Leave the final cleaning to professionals. This allows you to focus on your event and enjoy a successful conclusion without the stress of cleaning responsibilities or a tight schedule.
