The service fee will also be charged for other contract changes
Soihtu has previously charged a service fee of 55 euros in situations where a tenant moves from one Soihtu apartment to another in such a way that the apartment type does not change (e.g. from a studio to another studio).
From January 1, 2024, the service fee will also be charged for other contract changes requested by the tenant that are not related to the change of apartment.
The service fee is charged on 1 January 2024 in the following situations:
- When tenants are added or removed from the contract (e.g. spouse).
- Changing the contract dates at the tenant’s request.
- If the tenant sublets or temporarily assigns the apartment to someone else.
- When a tenant moves from one Soihtu apartment to another so that the apartment type does not change.
