Cultivation boxes can be reserved 19.2. onwards
In Kortepohja Student Village and Soihtu Vehkakuja, tenants have the opportunity to reserve cultivation boxes and plots for the summer. In the Student Village, there are a total of 20 cultivation boxes (in the inner courtyard of RS buildings), and on Vehkakuja, there are 6 boxes (in the courtyard of C building). All cultivation boxes are allocated free of charge based on tenants’ reservations.
If you wish to have your own cultivation box for the upcoming summer, you can reserve one through the reservation form to be published on this page. Both the Student Village and Vehkakuja reservation forms will open on this page on Monday, February 19, at 12:00.
When reserving a box, please be careful to fill out the correct form based on your housing location, either Vehkakuja or the Student Village.
The allocation of cultivation plots in Kortesuo will take place later in the spring, and we will provide information about it in the Tenant’s Info -newsletter.

Happy news for the Kortepohja district: Subway signs a lease in the new U-building of Soihtu
Soihtu has signed a lease with Subcom Oy on the retail space located on the ground floor of the U-building, which is currently under construction. Subcom is Finland's largest Subway franchise company. A Subway restaurant will opened by Subcom in the U-building when the new building is completed in spring 2025.
