All apartments of Student Village building E are reserved

The application period to E-building of Kortepohja Student Village opened in April. All the apartments in this house, which was under renovation, have been rented now. New tenants of Student Village E-building can move into their apartments starting from July 28, 2022. We thank all the applicants and congratulate the new tenants!

If you wish, you can still apply for the apartments of Student Village E-building, but please keep in mind that it is popular. In general, apartments are not vacated from the new/renovated site quickly after its commissioning.

You can tell us your housing location / bulding wishes when filling in the application. It will be better for you if you choose more than one building. This way the possibility of getting an apartment will be improve.

Anyone can apply for an apartment of Soihtu Housing. Primary applicants for our apartments are members of the Student Union of the University of Jyväskylä (JYY), and other students after them. Apartments coming available in the beginning of August are reserved for new students each year.
