The locks of apartments in Student Village’s building B will be coded – Tenant needs a new key card
Key cards of tenants living in building B of the Student Village expire next week. The lock company will code the locks of the apartments for the new key cards on Monday the 21st of June 2021. Your old key cards won’t work after the lock has been coded so, you need to pick up new keys in order to get into your apartment.
The situation in a nutshell for the tenants of Student Village’s building B:
- Pick up the new key cards for Student Village’s building B (either from the service point of Soihtu Housing or from the Info desk in Rentukka during the times mentioned below)
- Wait for the locks to be coded (after which you can enter your apartment with the new key cards)
- Return the old key cards to the service point (or to our mailbox in an envelope). If you pick up the new keys after the 21st of June, you can return the old key cards at the same time
You can pick up your key cards from THE SERVICE POINT OF SOIHTU HOUSING during the following opening hours:
Mon 10.00-15.00
Wed 10.00-15.00
Fri 8.00-12.00
(If you prefer to pick up your keys on Tuesday or Thursday, you can contact us: asuminen@soihtu.fi or +358 14 607201 so we can agree on a time between 10am and 3pm for you to pick up the key cards.)
By the tenants’ request, we have also organized a possibility to pick up the new keys from THE INFO DESK IN RENTUKKA during the following times:
Sat 19th of June, 12.00-14-00
Fri 2nd of July, 19.00-21.00
Sat 3rd of July, 12.00-14.00
Remember to take your ID with you when picking up the keys!
If you can’t pick up the keys yourself, you can authorize someone else to pick up the keys for you from our service point. It is also ok if you pick up the keys later. Please note that a door opening ordered from the maintenance is always charged from you.
Tenants of Student Village’s building B have also been informed by email.
