The key cards for building F are expiring on 16th of August

Tenants can pick up their new key cards at the Soihtu Housing service point from Monday 26th of July onwards, during the opening hours (Mon & Wed 10-15, Fri 8-12). Remember to bring your ID with you.

You can also authorize someone else to pick up the keys for you. The person must have a written authorization and an identity card with them.

If you forget to pick up the new cards and you have to ask the maintenance service to open the door for you, you will be charged for the service. Old key cards can be returned when picking up the new cards. Key cards that have not been returned, will be charged from you at the latest when moving out from the apartment.

If you move out at the end of July, you don’t need to pick up the new keys.
