Apply for the new apartments in Kortepohja Student Village

The newest building in Kortepohja Student Village will be ready to welcome new residents in April 2025. The application period for apartments is open until February 16, 2025.

The apartments feature modern surface materials and practical storage solutions, making efficient use of living space. The building includes a total of 68 apartments: 17 studios, 44 two-room apartments, and 7 three-room apartments. You can explore detailed floor plans of different apartments in the introduction of the building U. Accessible apartments are also available in the apartment building.

The building is equipped with elevator, laundry room, bicycle storage and individual storage units for each apartment. Sale grocery store will be located in a separate wing of the building, and the ground floor of the new building will be home to the first Subway restaurant in Kortepohja.

The building has an energy efficiency rating of A. The primary heating method is geothermal energy, complemented by heat recovery from the grocery store’s refrigeration units and solar panels.

In Kortepohja Student Village, community spirit and sharing economy are every day – they make living comfortable and easy-going. In addition to electricity and internet, the rent includes the use of laundry rooms and general sauna shifts. Tenants can use common rooms, such as Rentukka Gym, study rooms and various hobby spaces.

Unlike other buildings in the Student Village, in building U water is not included in the rent. Extra water fee is 15 € / month / person and it is equalized three times a year. Apartments are primarily meant for members of the student union JYY and other students.

Viewing of the apartments on 4th of February from 2 pm to 5 pm and on 7th of February from 1 pm to 4 pm.
