Application period for the new building in the Student Village opens 20th of January
A new energy-efficient residential building is being completed in Kortepohja Student Village, where convenient services meet spacious and affordable student housing. The newest building in Kortepohja Student Village will be completed in March 2025 and ready to welcome new residents in April 2025. The application period for apartments is from January 20 to February 16, 2025.
The apartments feature modern surface materials and practical storage solutions, making efficient use of living space. The building includes a total of 68 apartments; 17 studios, 44 two-room apartments, and 7 three-room apartments. Photos in the announcement show examples of the surface materials, but please note that the building includes a variety of apartment types. You can explore detailed floor plans of different apartments below.
Sale grocery store will be located in a separate wing of the building, and the ground floor will be home to the first Subway restaurant in Kortepohja.
The building has an energy efficiency rating of A. The primary heating method is geothermal energy, complemented by heat recovery from the grocery store’s refrigeration units and solar panels.
