Sustainable Village 13th of May at 12-15

Kestävä kylä (sustainable village) is an event held in the Kortepohja Student Village (at Rentukka square) dedicated to the circular economy. Why throw things away and buy new things when they can be given new life in someone else’s hands or by repairing them?

The main event is a flea market where anyone can bring their own things to sell or give away for free. No pre-enrolment is required. In addition there will be tools and materials available for basic repairs like patching clothes, tightening screws and glueing or taping things together.

Light refreshments will be available for free.

The event is organized by the Tenants’ Committees of Kortepohja Student Village and Soihtu Vehkakuja in co-operation with Hacklab Jyväskylä.

Kestävä kylä - Sustainable Village 13.5. klo 12-15 Rentukassa
