Tenant’s page
Tenant’s Page is the tenant’s online service channel and databank.
By registering to Tenant’s page, you have real-time access to your payment information, and can keep your contact info up to date in our register. Remember that the majority of our tenant communication and invoices requires a valid e-mail address.
On the Tenant’s page, you can also find for example the General Housing Rules, information regarding your residential building and contact information of Soihtu.
Registration into the Tenant’s Page
To get access to the Tenant’s Page, your identity has to be verified once, to be sure that no one else gets the access to your personal information, such as your payment information.
- On the first time, click the link “Register as a new user” on the Log in page. Identify yourself using either a mobile certificate or online banking credentials. (Note: All information related to your tenancy agreement are available on Tenant’s page starting from the first day of your tenancy. You can edit your contact information before that.)
- If you don’t have a mobile certificate or online banking credentials, contact Soihtu Housing service point. After this procedure, you can access the Tenant’s Page by clicking Register as a new user → Office identification.
Logging in
After registration, you can log in to the Tenants’ Page with the combination of your verified e-mail address + password. If you forget your password, you can get a new one by clicking the Forgot your password link on the Log in page.
Personal Information
The majority of our tenant communication and invoices requires a valid e-mail address, one that you check regularly.
Keep your contact info up-to-date in the Personal Information section.
My Economy
At the Tenants’ Page, you see the situation of your rent payments and rent history as well as the situation of any invoices you have been sent. You can easily find your payment details such as our bank account and your reference number in the My Economy section.
