The raffle is organized by Soihtu Housing (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”). - ELIGIBILITY
The raffle is open to residents of Soihtu. However, employees of the organizing party or those of the companies and organizations associated with this competition, as well as their family members, are not eligible to participate. - PARTICIPATION PERIOD
Participants can enter the raffle between 11th March and 24th March 2024. Entries received after the end of the competition period will not be considered. Winners will be drawn by 29th March 2024. - PARTICIPATION
Those individuals who have received the survey link and responded to the survey questions can participate in the raffle. Participation is voluntary and does not require the purchase of a product or service. By participating in the raffle, the participant confirms that they meet the conditions set forth in these rules. The prize will be drawn from among the entries received in accordance with the rules. - DRAWING OF WINNERS AND PRIZES
The prize of the raffle is a product package. One (1) prize will be drawn, and its value is 50 euros.
The winner will be drawn by 29th March 2024 from among all participants who have provided their contact information for participation in the raffle. - PRIZE CLAIM
The winner will be selected by a random draw from all participants who have participated according to the rules by 29th March 2024. The winner will be notified personally via email about the prize and its redemption. If the prize notification or prize cannot be delivered to the winner for reasons other than those attributable to the Organizer, the Organizer shall not be obliged to deliver the prize or any corresponding compensation to the winner.
If the winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days after winning, the Organizer has the right to draw a new winner. The prize from the raffle cannot be converted into cash or exchanged for another item. - HANDLING OF PERSONAL DATA
The Organizer processes participants’ personal data for the purpose of conducting the raffle and awarding prizes. By participating in the raffle, the participant consents to the processing of their personal data for the purposes mentioned above. More information about the processing of personal data can be obtained from the joint privacy policy of the Jyväskylä University Student Union and Soihtu. - RIGHTS AND ORGANIZER’S LIABILITY
The rights to the competition-related material and related intellectual property rights belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer is responsible for any potential lottery tax related to the campaign.
The winner releases the Organizer from all liability and any damage that may arise or is claimed to arise from participating in this raffle or receiving or using the prize. The Organizer is not responsible for incomplete or erroneous entries.
The Organizer is not liable for any damages or costs directly or indirectly resulting from participation in this raffle. The Organizer is not responsible for any problems or obstacles related to participation in the raffle or the receipt of the prize due to technical reasons. - AMENDMENT OF RULES AND CONDITIONS, OTHER TERMS
The Organizer reserves the right to amend the rules. If we need to make changes to the raffle, its prizes, timing, availability, or any other factors affecting the conduct of the raffle, we will announce it on this page. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the raffle and rules that do not significantly affect the participant.
