For a new tenant, we will place the apartment/room keys + other possible keys related to the housing location in the key box. The keys can be left to the box earliest on the first working day of your tenancy agreement (after 3 pm). The key box request must be filled out by 12:00 noon on the day before the collection date. However, please note that we do not process key key box requests on weekends and public holidays.
