Facades of building B will be painted using a crane
The duration of the work is, depending on the weather, from the 20th of July to 7th of August 2020. The work will be done mainly from Monday to Friday between 7am and 6pm.
Doing the work depends much on the weather and the duration of the work may be shorter or longer depending on the weather conditions.
We apologize for the disturbance caused by the crane.

Soihtu has signed a lease with Subcom Oy on the retail space located on the ground floor of the U-building, which is currently under construction. Subcom is Finland's largest Subway franchise company. A Subway restaurant will opened by Subcom in the U-building when the new building is completed in spring 2025.
