Do you want to move into our renovated building D of Kortepohja Student Village next autumn? The 149 studios in the renovated building D vary from 19 to 26,5 square meters. The space in each apartment has been carefully considered and the layouts have been updated to meet today’s needs. The apartments are suitable for washing machines and dishwashers.
Building D will be ready to receive its new tenants in early August. If you would like to live in the renovated building D, fill in an apartment applications online or update your current application.
Application time 12.-31.5.2021.
All applications submitted during the application period will be taken into account, so it does not affect your chances of getting an apartment whether you have submitted the application immediately on the first day or towards the end of the application period. If you want to move to a new home in the autumn, fill in the apartment application online or update your current application during the application period.
These apartments are primarily meant for JYY members and other students. JYY members living in Student Village’s building D or Q are prioritized when choosing tenants for building D. If you currently live in building D or Q and want to move to the renovated building D, be sure to submit your application during the application period.

Happy news for the Kortepohja district: Subway signs a lease in the new U-building of Soihtu
Soihtu has signed a lease with Subcom Oy on the retail space located on the ground floor of the U-building, which is currently under construction.
